About
I photograph people, objects and rooms in the light they already have.
I grew up in Bergen and trained as a set designer before I picked up a camera. That still shapes how I work: I build the frame first, then wait for the light to fill it.
Most of my work is for fashion labels, skincare brands and small studios that make things by hand. I shoot on location or in natural light studios, with a small team and as little equipment as the job allows.
When I'm not on a commission I work on personal series, some of which end up as printed editions.

Process
How a commission works, from first call to final files.
01
Brief
A short call about what the photographs are for and where they will live. You get a one page brief and a quote within two days.
02
Planning
Location, team, styling and a shot list. I send references so we agree on the light before the day.
03
Shoot
One or two days, on location or in a daylight studio, with a small crew and no surprises.
04
Delivery
A first edit within a week, final files within two, with a licence for the uses we agreed.
